One of the things I never see enough of on the Sha'tar is group RP, anyone can go off to a secluded spot, jump off a roof and go "I'm Batman" but it doesn't have much depth.

Rp'ers I've meet rarely follow a set of character guidelines, or try to blend in with current in game events.

When possible, have a costume for your character, not always possible I know, but it shows dedication, which is always respectable.

I'm definitely not saying shoot anyone that acts OOC for a moment or doesn't follow their races generic arctypes, if its that strict, its not fun.

A good back story, will allow you to plan current events and reactions to characters in a way that feels more real to you.

Alignments and virtues can allow you to make on the spot choices that progress your story at a pace that feels real for other people, there nothing more boring then taking 5 minutes to decide on a simple action.

Also no one is perfect, so your character shouldn't be either, pick a flaw or weak point, something they do on an impulse, its no fun to play with someone who has to be right all the time either.

No need to pull out your D20's, keep charts, just write a bio here and update it when you wish, one of WoW's flaws is that it can become repetitive if you stick to Blizzards stories only, but with you controlling your characters story, your stories can be as limitless as you let them be.

This would be a good way to break up the 2nd job feeling WoW can get grinding points for your next gear piece, I hopes you's take the time to draw from your own experiences and create something you can enjoy and add a level of depth to this game that wasn't there before. Get a few people together

Why/How did your character become <class>?*
Kardok fell during the battle for what would become the black temple defending against the orcs that were corrupted by the burning legion, the draenei no longer trusted him and had his ankh destroyed and killed him after they killed his father in secret, who tied to prevent his people from killing his son, rather then being burnt his body was wrapped up and sent through the dark portal by Dranosh and carried as far as Duskwood before the burial party was ambushed by stormwind soldiers and killed, the body fell into the river and floated out to sea, eventually to be washed up on the shores of dragonblight, where it would be raised by Arthas as part of the scourge and ultimately be sent to ebon hold to complete training as a death knight.

How/where/when did your character train to become <class>?
In life trained as a shaman, died in battle after his ankh was destroyed by a draenei paladin during the battle for black temple. Later trained in Ebon Hold to take part in the attacks on the scarlet enclave.

Where/How did your character grow up/come to be as they are now? (backstory)*
Grew up in Garadar before the orc/draenei wars, with a wise frost mage draenei father, and a proud orc warrior mother. Trained his whole live to bring honor to his people and live at one with the elements, always had a better connection to water over the other 3 elements. After his death he grew bitter and lost his connection to the elements except for water, which was now frozen in his very veins.

Did you have parents/mentor/lone wolf/childhood friend/other person(s) that affected the way you turned out?
Dranosh Saurfang was a childhood friend and training partner for the Nagrand arena, helped him hone his attacks as an enhancement shaman after he decided to wields weapons like his mother but honor his fathers will to bend fire frost and the arcane or at least as much as his orc mind would allow. Learned the ways of honor from Lantresor the blade.

Did you take part in a major (in-game) lore event? How were you involved?
After being liberated from the scourge, he fought alongside the horde at the battle of Wrathgate, which he barely escaped alive, thrown into a vengeful rage after seeing his childhood friend be destroyed and twisted by his former evil master, he vowed to destroy Arthas, he was destroyed in the end but not before had to face his former friend.

How did you come to arrive at your current situation?
After the death of the lich king, he had planned to return to Garadar to attempt to heal the shattered world anyway he could, with or without the other elements, to attempt to bring honor to his home again, now that he had his revenge, but on the day his boat set sail from orgrimmar to the eastern kingdoms, it was attacked by a great sea creature known as Ozumat, which sank the boat and nearly killed the crew, he barely survied and soon after was granted the ability to breath the waters of Vash'jir, he seeked out Ozumat and destroyed it utterly, by the time he returned to dry land, the world and its elements were being torn apart by Deathwing, a creature he now realized he may have helped unleash when he silenced Malagos, he saw this world was in greater danger then Outland and vowed to take down Deathwing, in the end restoring both his worlds in life and death.

When Malagos declared war on mortal magic users, treating them as inferior and a disgrace to immortals like himself, Kardok felt his kind and wise fathers memory being spat on by this crazed beast, he joined the Kirin Tors resistance and ultimately helped slay the dragon, which could have upset the power of the Dragon Soul, which could have lead to Deathwings return, determined to set right his wrong, he has vowed to hunt Deathwing through this life and the next and the next if needs be, to help heal the world that could have been torn apart from his seeking vengeance on Malagos.

Allied with the Order of Garrosh Hellscream and the Knights of the Ebon Blade, he aims to save this world and his, by slaying all those that would corrupt it for their own personal gain, be they orc, draenei, undead or otherwise.

Tell us about your goal(s) and how your character plans to achieve them?*
Slay Deathwing, earn the favor of the elements of Azeroth and ultimately use that power to heal Outland, taking down any who threaten his otherwise noble goals.

Learned to construct a motorbike from a goblin, retains his orcish traits of being distracted by shiny things, was always blue colored due to his father.
