Before giving any directive, we would like to thank you for showing interest in our guild. Recruitment is an important aspect for a mature guild, and we will try our best to ease your application process, and be as reactive as possible. This is our way to show you respect.

Finally, as you may find the guidelines strict, they are necessary to help our guild managers to keep their management task as little time consuming as possible. Our guild managers want to spend their free time playing the game like you and everybody else.

Here is the process which must be followed to submit a valid application:

• Any new recruitment will require an application form filled on the forum.
• The minimum level to write an application form will be level 55.
• If the the applicant's level is lower than 75, the application will require a Regular or higher ranked member in the guild to support the application, and the new member will remain in trial for at least 3 weeks.
• If the applicant's level is 85, and is in the raiding needs list, no support is required and the new member will remain in trial for at least 2 weeks.
• If the the applicant's level is higher than 75, or 85 and not in the raiding needs list, the applicant does not need support for the application, and the new member will remain in trial for at least 2 weeks. However a supporter makes it always easier for us to accept your application.
• New members who aren't in the raiding need list should wait 2 weeks after becoming Regular members before asking for a raid spot. Until then, they can be given raid spot if the raid leader asks for it.

1. You must have read our brief guild's description. In particular, you will find what Order of Hellscream is and isn't.
   
2. If you're still with us at this point, congratulations! ^^ You can now open an application form with a new post in the Join Order of Hellscream forum section. You must be registered to post on the forum. Use your character's name for your account, since it will be the one used if you become a member, and our forum is heaviled used.
   
   The post's title must contain your name, class and level with the following syntax:

We will use the World of Warcraft's Armory to know your equipment, build, professions etc., although it shouldn't bear upon your application's acceptation.

As you may have noticed, there isn't any guild charter to sign with a list of rules to observe. The reason behind this is that rules are attached to the guild's ranks, and our members must fill specific conditions as their ranks change. Also, you are expected to act in a mature and adult way, which doesn't even require a specific rule carved in the marble.

When written, an Officer will put your application post into an "In Progress" state if everything was done according to the application process. To validate your application, you must have your supporter sign it. This is your responsability to remind your supporter to come and validate your application.

At any moment you can change the name of your supporter. If a week passed since your application post was opened and no supporter signed your application, it will be closed, and you will be invited to open a new one if you still want to join us.

When all conditions are met, a decision will be posted at the end of your application post, and it will be locked. The only case where you could see your application refused with all conditions met is if too many players of the same class apply at the very same moment, and the recruitment need is low for this class.

Upon acceptance, ask a recruiter to invite you in the guild, you will be given the rank of Trial. To know more about our rank system, please check the rank page. You will also be given an enhanced access to the forums.

Moreover, you will find many links forwading you to lots of information. You don't have to read everything when not asked to, because you will do it as you progress within the guild. You should have plenty of time to assimilate everything this way.
