well before I put my statistics and so on, let me please shortly say few things.

Things in Darkness which was my previous guild turned very wrong to Gorwan, had some personal issues and some people havent followed my ideas, so basicaly there was nothing why Gorwan should stay there more.

I am seeking guild of people who will respect each others opinions, skills and experience.

Now I think Order of Hellscream is that guild, since I raided with you few times, most of you know me a bit, you were always fair and nice to me.

Key are all raiding needed, Karazhan, Shadow labyrinth, Arcatraz, and all heroic.

my current spec is pvp, so if you want to see me in game, no problem with that.

Well, that is basicaly all what I can say about me, if you will want, I am sure that you will make your own opinion about me.

This is a great guy. Did quite some ZA with him. Great raider and healer. I'll definitely vouch for him.

Yes, I too have had experience with working with Gorwan. He is a very good priest with a nice attitude which I think would suit the guild well

Thumbs up for Gorwan, a really nice and kind person, a good player, never seen him turning things into drama.

About the respect amongst guild members, we always try to set things in a democratic way, listen and try to reason about things, and we try to avoid to point to someone (sometimes it happens tho). We have also a raid chart with some rules to follow in raid to enforce this sense of respect (come prepaired, in time, say when you have to leave in advance, and another reasonable things).

We keep nothing as mandatory, so we wont force people to go somewhere, more we have an help day for group quests, low lvl and normal dungeons. We like to keep things less serious as possible (its a game) and our main goal in raids is to have fun and to try new encounters, and kill boss ofc:), loot come after, as a tool for this.

We are not scared by wipe fest (BT and SWP), if they are funny!

Nonetheless we have now a nice system to share loot, called skg, that will allow people to have roughly one loot each (avoiding unfairness due to roll on 25men). This will avoid more much loot issues.
